What I like and enjoy is I get to develop products that will help solve the common problems of Indian households. It gives feeling that you are doing something for people. The office atmosphere is such that you can focus and do your work. Seniors are helpful and keep sharing tips and smart ways to work. Colleagues are also supportive and friendly. Working here has given me the satisfaction. It feel amazing when you get to learn and work through challenges every other day. Company is constantly engaged in developing product with an aim to resolve problems of more than 25 crore Indian Households. So, you are interact with the product building insight of the company, bringing immense scope of learning in such an ingenious atmosphere. Working here has got me practical insights into various aspects of my domain. Here, I would like to say thanks to my superiors for having my back every time and guiding me in the right direction. They have always been supportive to me. I thank then and the company for believing in me and giving me an opportunity to be a part of the family.

Sometimes, there is certain work stress, but now I am used to it, as it's the nature of corporate work environment.

Work from home comes with its own set of benefits like, Travelling and working at the same time without having to take time off every time, better work-life balance, chance to be with friends and family, lesser distractions during work, lesser chances of getting infected during a pandemic situation etc. A nice working option has come up due to COVID!

Work from home has helped me to develop leadership skills like taking decisions, working independently on one side, and with the team on the other, time management, communicating over different platforms etc. I used it for my advantage.

I had to relocate to the city of job. Under their relocation and housing assistance policy, they helped me in finding one. I have got a good one and that too at cheaper rate. It was possible due to them. Thank you for help and support.
