Currently I am handling main branch of Amritsar Cluster where 9 staff members are Covid positive but still we are forced to work over there because of work pressure and apart from that our organization is not working on rewards and recognition .From last 3 months there were contest for launch of new product like FWP and SWP but everytime we have to beg for our rewards .I have completed my 6 years with this organisation but till date i have not received my watch which we get on completion of 5 years as a reward.It is not a matter of watch ,but it is about something which we deserve as a token of request .i think atleast after serving period of 6 years we deserve that watch what we have earn.Issuance of cases and providing resolution for same is pathetic.Request you to please consider our feedback....Read More
