"I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Max Life Insurance through the Axis Bank channel, especially regarding my PF claim. Despite providing all the necessary documents and following the correct process, my PF claim was rejected without a clear explanation. The lack of communication and support from both the insurance team and Axis Bank has been frustrating. I’ve reached out multiple times, but the responses have been vague, with no one taking responsibility for resolving the issue. This level of inefficiency and lack of transparency is unacceptable, and I expected much better service from such reputed organizations. The thing is like about max life insurance is salary credit is on time and 2nd and 3rd Saturday is also weekoff.

Dislike is you need to also work on 2nd and 3rd Saturday on your week off also if you r on sales department. No support from managers and Management. Zero learning and skills development. On low package they expect high level quality work from employees. Worst management and system. Field work also involved in the low salary. 2 field visit per day.

Top management is clueless and there are cartels who have been there since the advent of humanity but add zero value Toxic culture, the HR team itself has highest attrition and the Head HR is busy preaching in market about culture and retention. The reality is 80 percent of HR leadership has already moved out however there is little effort to improve things.

Great Support - in all levels. security guard, to ap sales , Bm , RM, back office, Hr team. And all colleages. In my health issues I received great support. I dont want to name. All team as Max life ❤️

After morning meeting, and training we used to on field, morning meeting is lasting from 9.30am to 11am then we went🙏on field, 12.00 to 5 pm (field) and 5.30 again💐 come to office . till meetings last. Usually house wife, retired persons ask home visit after 6 pm, when they have family at home.. But that🙏time😭 evening😂meeting.

The updated promotion criteria is like that only 50% of the total increment will be added in TFP and rest 50% will be given as bonus is worst . My ctc was increased only by 25000 even after achieving 500-600% of my target . This is utter disappointing and demotivating.
