If it's came to liking in Axis securities that work culture and work environment is awesome.

Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Traveling. I mean if you have vacancy in same location where I am residing then why any organization didn't give job at there, people give you another location instead.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

My work there is meeting people, make more client as possible. And I am into sales so most of the time I am traveling so it consume my time alot. You have to full fill your clients wish, so sometimes it's going worsen then.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
