No work life balance in TA Team. Higher management is good but team management is not. Managers are not able to manage team, got panic in any situation. Humiliating everyday. no plan..no help. Just complete your work.

Pathetic.... Manager can't see if someone is logging off on time. Because she is just working for 12 hours. She doesn't have work life balance hence doesn't want for anyone. If we logg off on time, work is not getting complete, we need to complete etc ..
