Management is poor. Not having adequate knowledge of handling any project and manpower. Work Culture is also not good. Miser in terms of providing benefits to even employees. Salary issues every month. One need to beg for the salary every month and for expense done regarding the company too.

Dislikes

Regarding learning projects taken are good but due to poor management and boss narrow minded with miser vision, getting the company blacklisted in every company they work with. Salaries are paid after 25 follow ups. Once someone work is over they don't like to pay even the salary. In the name of facilities just travel expense but that too after 3-4 months. Work Details

Terrible Experience.. Have to resign as they don't wish to pay the salary and expense even after two months. If someone is relative of the boss then go for this company or else join at your own risk.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)
