- Job security - Plenty of opportunities to learn - Open to recruiting people from other industries

- No career growth or increments - No performance appraisals - Very autocratic work culture - No Saturdays or public holidays off - Poor local allowance and facilities - Salaries are not paid on time - Extremely bureaucratic

Work Details

Plenty of opportunities to learn if you are not from an FMCG background, but poor compensation with no scope for career growth. Terrible work life balance. Employee attrition, especially at the managerial level is extremely high

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
