My confidence level improved. I was a different person when I came out of AVN. Though, I couldn't spend much time in learning due to the work nature, I was able to learn a lot of life lessons from this place. Ideal to improve a lot in our career to take a step ahead. Especially, right after we finish UG.

Dislikes

Salary is very low inspite of how many years we worked there. Work life balance is a major problem Learning and spending time in reading is impossible because of the work nature.
