The learning in Aviva was awesome so far but not sure of the future.. Aviva values are truly great..

Dislikes

The increments for support functions is very poor.. Bureaucracy and baisness is at all time high, exceptions have become a part of life here and company values are just for the record and only seem to follow it.

Work Details

Managing 1\4 of the company manpower with no support.. Assigned responsibilty is beyond individual bandwith.. Managing the entire employee life cycle with anything and everything related to it.. Work has become to hectic with possible no work life balance

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
