Working at this company has been a deeply disappointing experience. Despite dedicating months, and even years, of hard work, they refuse to provide the promised performance bonuses or increments. The work-life balance is nonexistent; the workload is overwhelming, with expectations that are neither realistic nor sustainable. When it’s time for a raise, management conveniently downplays your contributions, often implying you haven’t done enough or that your efforts are undervalued. To make matters worse, they seem to set up employees to fail. After working so hard, many are forced to leave without any proper experience letter or the promised performance incentives.
