I applied for a job as a business development executive, and the company conducted 5 rounds of interview - all of which were in person - in response to my application. You may imagine it is 55 KMs from my house to their manufacturing plant. They offered me the position and asked me to start from monday. When i arrived, the HR instructed me to go to her cabin and complete out some paper work. The first was the offer letter and the second was some legal document which said it was forbidden for you to work with compitetors with similar interests etc. It was Ok up till this point. Thank-God! I then discovered a single sheet of paper attached at the end. After carefull exmanitation I found out that it was a bond paper whit a commitment of 2 years. I was very surprised, If you want someone to sign a bond you should be explict about it from the start. They attemt to deceive you into signing the document. Please! Please! Micro Management, heavy pressure, No exposure, nobody cares and help about our sales support but need to achieve 1cr quarterly or else after 3 months they will discontinue employees service or notice period. After joining within a week they will ask targets and leads only 2 months they can give chance after that they will collect all client data and starts there own. No after sales support.
