Likes

The company provides great opportunities in terms of learning and development through various mediums. Explicit training, online portals, in-team training etc. Also, I like the work culture, everybody is supportive and respectful. You are free to communicate your thoughts despite the designations, all are treated as equal. Also working with diverse colleagues from different regions is always a learning experience....Read More

Dislikes

Compensation. I think it bottoms down to your manager. Sometimes your hard work goes unnoticed unless explicitly expressed. That's a disappointment at times because you might deliver more and get less. This is especially annoying when you don't like to justify your work.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
