Very very worst company I'm my life. Suddenly they terminated me without any valueable resone. Interview time I clearly mentioned my marriage is just for 12 days away only. After 5 months completed in Avery they terminated due to head count reduction. Now my family and 3month pregnant women with me. Now we are in help less

Due to brand image of the company Avery has a good acceptance in market, though competition is creating big challenges in terms of pricing & quality.

Dislikes

Working culture is very toxic, no team building activities, one can't talk freely with other team members even, so many restrictions. No transparency in terms of roles & responsibility. Once you start performing well, achieving targets, started getting good incentive senior management will drag you down to demotivate you.
