A US MNC only on papers. Reality is altogether different. Negative points to highlight. 1. They follow the hustle culture i.e. if you show yourself busy and always engaged then you are considered a dedicated employee. 2. Everyone there sitting to judge others and they make perceptions too quick about others 3. After you join them, they expect you to be on top of everything within a month or two and you are supposed to answer on things which would have happened in the past year as well within that timeframe ... God knows why they keep probation period for new joiners (I guess you suppose to learn during probation period) 4. In my case, I got the worst handover possible and the person did not want to disburse the knowledge as if it would have harmed his image of being expert (air quotes). 5. The environment is very negative/depressing and you will not remember that you used to smile. 6. Even the smaller issues creates such a big fuss here. 7. Management is not able to predict even the next 2 years and their decision keeps on changing and backfiring. 8. Worst of all, they use google suits(google sheets, gmail, gdrive) as their main tool for work instead of Excel, outlook which takes hell lot of time to complete the task. The ERP software which they are using is from 1990s ... God knows what kind of US MNC is this !!! 9. Politics is too much ... make sure you are on the positive side of the finance leads otherwise forget your mind peace!! You got the idea I guess !! …. I am lucky to leave this organization within 6 months of joining and before confirmation of probation. Will not and have not recommended any of my known people to join this organization.
