Only issue i felt is that Senior managment kept low target for potential terrirtoy like Mumbai and Gujarat , NCR, delhi so that they can achieve target easily and survive but for B type tier 2 state where market is too difficult knowingly keeping target so high so that person in the respective territory will have to quite under target pressure.
