I have worked 6 year in Avacend. Its really a great experience here with Work culture. Avacend Management is good there worked very efficiently on Employee query and resolve ASAP. I am very satisfied with this company .If i got a chance again work with this company i would really contribute services.

Salary not on time, no support after left job,have to beg to get relieving letter and full final settlement, very bad hr and executive no response after joining,overall one of the worst companies ever joined. Dont join unless you want to ruin your career

Everything is worst in this company. Work culture is zero, it's just like a School or tution. They'll collect the mobiles, they won't respect the employee. CEO and higher officials are under the hands of HR. They don't care for employee or they don't listen what employees are saying. Very worst organisation. It's not a coffee machine it'll be filled with cockroaches.
