I have worked in Avacend solutions for Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. for 2.3 years. All executives are very supportive. Avacend management response is very quick. Specially Ms. Reshma Bhalekar and Mr. Santosh Sonawane. They resolve every query very quickly. Overall management is very good.

There is nothing to dislike, everything is good.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I'm working at client site on behalf of avacend solutions. There is no timing for work. Daily I worked 12-14 hr. No traveling benefits. Salary cycle 1 to 5 which is very bad. Without timesheet approval by your manager salary not credited.
