Everything is good except favorism by few managers.

Dislikes

Few managers are extremely bad, micro management, adhoc meeting which doesn't make any sense at all. Status updates 3 times in a day, when will the employee work? Manager I am talking about doesn't have any attribute of being at such a high designation. When I was working my mgr was behind my life and when it to someone else then he was very chill.

Company did massive layoff during pick of the pandemic. Not worth it. Work is good but they can ask you to leave anytime.
