All the teammates are good for their behavior.we are trained whenever new tax structure is added by govt. job security can be said ok. Career growth can be said average.salary is not expected. work environment is good. no question will be raised about innovation.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
