No one cares about your career trajectory, neither company is keen to grow. Every second month there will be a change in the overall scheme of things by the time you adapt yo the new change/ the manager ..it's time to change.. there is no approach to rate or prepare goal sheet , at the end of the year you might work with 5 differentmangers with no documentation or feedback sharing.. so, there is no clarity at the end, on what grounds you will be rated..goal sheet is floated after 2 quarters have elapsed . 1. No one in this company works sincerely. 2. Attrition is very high. 3.. Management is direction & vision less. No clarity of thought on scope of work. They change their decisions like they season. They only work on hit & trial mode. 4. Worst company culture- no employee benefits, strict timings, they do not value their employees. You will feel like a laborer, no stability, no work life balance- they will ask you to do overtime, work on Saturdays, managers will call you at night 10pm also and ask to call clients, give projections etc. Also, TLs do WFH or take leaves whenever they want to, but employees cannot do it, they have to take permission. 5. No work ethics - AVP, VPs have been seen shouting at peers and using cuss words during team meetings. 6. Micromanagement - your manager will call you to check if you have reached office or not at 9.30 while he/she will be just starting for office and once you reach office, they will ask you for VC to cross check. 7.Account and HR function are terrible. They mess up with your FNF, hikes, bonus, salary. 8. Ther are people who is in senior management - the VPs, AVPs who are just good for nothing. it is like a power concentration. you cannot raise your voice against them otherwise you will be thrown out immediately. They will travel mindlessly every alternate month or sometime every month for sake of client meetings in different locations but all they do is visiting eateries, salons etc. They are just burning company's cash and treat these visits as their mini vacay. 9.Technologically outdated, they do not support any new tech. 10.Questionable infrastructure- heard from peers that one of the office spaces is like a haunted house. no fans, no ac, no lights, no proper drinking water too. 11. Toxic work environment. The CEO is a egotistical maniac, gets kick from making employees uncomfortable in their work. I joined at a senior level but no induction was given. I worked every saturday and sunday because every Friday the crazy CEO would assign tasks to be completed and discussed on Sunday. My personal life was completelynon existent in the few months spent here. The work quality is low end - and the company does not have a strategy. Things change overnight, leadership changes and vanishes overnight. The company has not money and the CEO hires out of fancy for brand names and senior tags and then makes their life hell. It a pathetic company to work. Management are listen to one person and making a policy according to him. From last one year, company have asked around 1200 employees to give a forceful resignation so that they would not come under government scrutiny. Further they would not release complete amount of FNF on time, they cut down the variable amount percentage to more than 60% and pay only 30 to 40%. There is no hr policy nor hr has any authority to take decision on their own. HR department is playing a dummy role. They would not listen to employee. Employees are working 10 to 12hrs shift on regular basis without any extra pay, sometimes ask to work on weekend. Establishment of 19 yrs, company still does not have any stable process and hierarchy, very frequently change the process and could not let stable the process , also, the transfer of employee to inter-department are so frequent that employees get in-stable in his/her domain. In this company product employee move to operation or CRM or vice versa without employee consent. One day suddenly you will get the information of movement without your consent and you do not have a right to oppose the decision. Company doesn’t care of employees specialisation or future. If you will got a good opportunity, company would not give you an early release, HR is pathetic, they will ask to get HOD approval and would not help you out. When a clown sits on the throne, he does not create a kingdom, he creates a circus. This is how Authbridge is lead. The smiles on peoples face posted on social media is fake, employees are exploited mentally and physically before being thrown out of the company. 1. Rampid Micromanagement: The CEO and Co Founders do not have any professional background and run the company like a chaotic grocery shop, issuing orders while everyone else scrambles in confusion. It is a mess with no real direction for the company or the employees who are literally the salves. 2. Fake Urgency & Drama: The CEO is a narcissist who believes he "knows it all" and others are but fools. He thrives in chaos, creates it intentionally. His goal isn't to create a company but to be center of attention. Meetings are endless, mindless, and completely unproductive, often starting without an agenda and ending without concrete strategy. His mood is mercurial, gets excited and frustrated with drop of a pin. 3. Constant Change In priorities': The company has no strategic direction. Competitors enter the marker with innovative solution and solid startegy Authbridge remains stuck in a constant cycle of change. From Product, Leadership, Consultant, Service Delivery, Incentive, everything is changing all the time with no results. People are running around coping with change like headless chicken. 4. Company has toxic culture: The leadership team is a joke, because they cant hire good people, or when someone joins as a career mistake they live quickly. Current is a 10-14 years experience, with no leadership experience. The result is toxic culture filled with "yes men" , most of whom were hired as personal favors rather than qualification or background. They nod with CEO, they agree with everything he says as they know they can be fired anytime for expressing an opinion. 5. Fear Based Culture: Senior people do not last long as they eventually succumb to CEOs abusive and harassing behavior. 6. Bureaucracy and office politic: The SVPs and VPs are territorial, following a divide and control policy. The teams do not collaborate, they engage in backstabbing and petty power plays. Each HOD has their own henchman, who stirs up conflicts and keeps the infighting going on, so that deliverables are not questioned. Draining employees with constant back and forth. 7. Hire and Fire Practice: Authrbidge is a hire and fire company but not for reasons on performance but for ego clashes with CEO, CO-Founders, HODs. The team dynamics is toxic and manipulating, watch for seats outside the CEOs office. The gossips and manipulation, coupled with nepotisms will not allow you to work or have mental peace. 8. Fabricated Glassdoor Ratings: Glassdoors and ambition box positive ratings are fabricated. The CEOs office directly manages the posts. Employees are forced to write fake reviews by HR and their managers. The work environment is toxic and the management operates with slave-owner mentality. Compensation is abysmal, and after spending 18-36 months in the company, you will find yourself behind in your career and would have lost a lot of hair because of stress. 9. Unfair practices and empty promises: The ESOPs and stocks are a sham. No one has made money except the CEO and the Co Founders. They pay themselves and their family (Wifes, Son, In Laws) unjustifiable amounts under bogus heads while claiming company cannot afford to pay increments or bonus. The CEO spends 10-12 days in Taj Hotels under the pretext of business meetings and along with him travels the so called AVP sales. It’s like a gang of old time people working and they don’t let good people come. If any good people come then they either push them hard with internal politics or make it difficult. Many good people left last year. The owner is a good person but is stuck with poor people. Horrible mid-management people with high salaries and less salaries for sales guys who actually do the grunt work.
