Policies to support employees during emergency like COVID etc. and similar HR policies which does not need a direct approval from department bosses.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Politics in project assignment, promotions. Poor knowledge of middle managment, non-transparency even in assigned projects. Challenge with support like maintenence, purchase etc.
