There is nothing to like about this company

This company work culture is so much toxic that you would have a depression.The managers also do not give any credit to you if you done the work.All the credit will go to the the other worker whom he prioritising.Its even not a company,Its an HUF.Mostly prioritising their own caste or whom have work for year for them. Even after you give resignation the employees are so bad that they will give intentionally wrong review to your present company which will have a negative impact on your present job.I know that some job seekers will ignore this comment but please i request you to please consider this.Even i have seen that the positive comment for this HUF are forcefully written by the employees which this HUF asked for during the tenure....Read More

My favourite thing about working for my company is that we actively encourage and propagate the idea of employee appreciation and engagement. Personally, I think my favourite aspect is the open communication we have between all employees and management.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive but management is sometimes pertial.company policies are good,but changes every year, appraisals are not happening last 2 years..

They use to create pressure for extra work but not ready to give appropriate remuneration and position.
