Too much of toxic office politics. Toxic work culture. 6th floor employees are all worst. HR plays the main role in politics and is completely biased.

Some of the people in the company are nice like Mukesh ji , Aditya Ji. They can help you in learning a lot about the finance markets but otherwise there is hardly anything good about this company, maybe just the coffee/tea.

Dislikes

The HR is the worst you can get. She is a senseless person, who does no work and only indulges in office gossip. She is just a mere puppet who believes in licking boots of the master than do something for the benefit of employees.I think she should be taught about the role of an HR, maybe then she will improve. There will be no incr ease in salary for 2 years and more, and no justification is given for it. To give you an idea of the working environment, i would say the office boys are better behaved than most employees of the company in Kolkata Branch <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Politics is the only thing that works in the organization effectively</mark>. Strictly avoid joining in case you are a girl. There is no career growth, you are moved from one department to another like a paper plane. Favoritism is another wonderful feature of an organization.
