Nothing much to like , just planning to leave as soon as possible.

Dislikes

Mostly the office politics, the lead HR Purba is a conservative pessimistic worst HR you can have. The people in HR indulge a lot in office politics and promote people of their community. The remuneration is very very poor and I would advise you to look for something better rather than join this company.

This company work culture is so much toxic that you would have a depression.The managers also do not give any credit to you if you done the work.All the credit will go to the the other worker whom he prioritising.Its even not a company,Its an HUF.Mostly prioritising their own caste or whom have work for year for them.
