Nothing to like in this company. Toxic work culture. Not at all supportive

All they do is lie and lead on people. Made me do the training and asked me to appear for an exam and later on did not pay me. Absolutely worst! Hr has her own politics going on in the company. Absolutely toxic place to work in.

Some of the people in the company are nice like Mukesh ji , Aditya Ji. They can help you in learning a lot about the finance markets but otherwise there is hardly anything good about this company, maybe just the coffee/tea.

...ink she should be taught about the role of an HR, maybe then she will improve. There will be no increase in salary for 2 years and more, and no justification is given for it. To give you an idea of the working environment, i would say the office boys are better behaved than most employees of the company in Kolkata Branch Politics is the only thing that works in the organization effectively. Strictly avoid joining in case you are a girl. There is no career growth, you are moved from one department to another like a paper plane. Favoritism is another wonderful feature of an organization. Chamchas are always favored. In a nutshell, if you want to ruin your career, are happy with no growth, AUM Capital is the place for you. Your Trust will truly be their wealth.

Mostly the office politics, the lead HR Purba is a conservative pessimistic worst HR you can have. The people in HR indulge a lot in office politics and promote people of their community. The remuneration is very very poor and I would advise you to look for something better rather than join this company.

Too much of toxic office politics. Toxic work culture. 6th floor employees are all worst. HR plays the main role in politics and is completely biased.

This company work culture is so much toxic that you would have a depression.The managers also do not give any credit to you if you done the work.All the credit will go to the the other worker whom he prioritising.Its even not a company,Its an HUF.Mostly prioritising their own caste or whom have work for year for them. Even after you give resignation the employees are so bad that they will give intentionally wrong review to your present company which will have a negative impact on your present job.I know that some job seekers will ignore this comment but please i request you to please consider this.Even i have seen that the positive comment for this HUF are forcefully written by the employees which this HUF asked for during the tenure.
