Even salary is not given on time. Min 15-20 days late. They think giving salary is some favor they are doing to the employees. Anyways never join in.

an analyst

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
