This company doesn't even deserve a 1-star. ●For them, we were not humans, we were robots and printing machines. They don't have a sense of empathy and humanity. ●Working at ATPO Company has been frustrating. Salary payments are constantly delayed, despite repeated promises from HR, who creates false expectations and misleads employees</mark>. Due to salary delay, my family was about to take legal action against this company for not following their guidelines. ● Rude behaviour of HR adds to the stress, making the work environment unbearable. Very disappointing. So, **NOT FOR FRESHERS**. She's not a problem solver, she's a problem creator for the employees. We were forced to submit a file of 2000 words in 10 minutes. I was like, even ChatGPT would fail to generate at this speed. ●The company won't pay you more than 15K. They will tell you about loads of incentives and increment procedures, but they won't provide you because nothing is mentioned in their guidelines regarding increments and incentives, which gives them the benefit. ●Experienced employees can handle it here but the freshers won't, you can go see for yourself. ●ATPO Company misleads employees with promises of increments for technical and finance tasks but instead finds ways to unfairly deduct salaries.
