Very poor work atmosphere. It’s only bucketing that can help you climb the ladder, your skill sets mean nothing to the management. A manager was saved from POSH case while the subordinates were fired without justification. All kind of illegal things happen here. Global Atkins really needs to look into the inconsiderate behaviour of management. Honestly I haven’t always found my job at Atkins more enjoyable . However I do appreciate the sense of security that comes With working here. Knowing that Job is stable and that I have reliable income important to me .

One aspect I dislike about Working at Atkins is the poor work life balance.since joining the company I’ve struggled to maintain my fitness routine which was significant part of my life before . I find it challenging to prioritise my workouts due to demanding workload and project deadlines. During instance project period, I often felt that getting rest is luxury and i Compromise on my fitness goals. This inconsistency leads to decline in my interest and motivation to workout. Job security is there since company is try to grow the whole Workforce. They try to retain people by counter offering if they are going to competitors.

Dislikes

Politics and favouritism on top. Reward of good work is more work. Talent young engineers ends up training and indirectly working to meet productivity for favoured or employees who enter the organization through approach.
