What You ll Do:

Craft Safety Stories:

• Write compelling safety cases that tell the story of how we keep our nuclear facilities safe.
• Use your creativity to make complex safety information clear and engaging.

Analyse and Innovate:

• Dive deep into safety data and operational procedures to find ways to improve.
• Be a problem-solver, always looking for innovative solutions to enhance safety.

Stay Ahead of the Curve:

• Keep up with the latest trends and advancements in nuclear safety.
• Ensure our safety cases are always up-to-date and compliant with regulations.

Collaborate and Communicate:

• Work with a diverse team of engineers, safety experts, and other stakeholders.

Role Requirements:

You will work within small to medium-sized engineering teams. To benefit from the collective experience of the team, our clients and drive innovative thinking, you ll work in a collaborative and supportive office environment. You will bring a level of technical knowledge and enthusiasm to working within those teams to effectively perform tasks for multiple workstreams.
Essential Criteria:

• Strong background in an engineering discipline (bachelor s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering ONLY).
• 2023/2024 Passouts from IITs OR NITs with over 8 CGPA are eligible to apply.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
• High motivation for the role, drive to deliver and willingness to learn.
• An interest in the engineering and safety intricacies of commercial nuclear reactor power plants.
• Ability to comprehend high-level technical documents in a detail-oriented manner.
• A commitment to our values of safety, integrity, collaboration, innovation and excellence.
