About the Role:

As HR Business Analyst in our Bangalore-based HR Shared Services Centre, you ll be an integral part of delivering an exceptional HR customer experience. You will be part of Service Excellence team that is responsible for Automations to improve business processes by designing, developing, implementing new processes, and ensuring that changes are well managed as well as well communicated. The team ensure to create a culture of continuous improvement within the organization and strive to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
