We are looking for Bidding/Costing Engineers with 2-5 years of experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement Construction) industry to join our Nuclear Power Project Management team. Experience in substation projects within the Energy market will be a strong advantage If you have a keen eye for numbers, expertise in preparing competitive bids, and a strong understanding of costing strategies, we want to hear from you!

Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon.

Experience: 2-5 years in bidding costing for EPC projects. Candidates with Electrical engineering background will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze bid proposals, ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Develop pricing strategies and detailed cost estimates
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams
• Evaluate risks and optimize bid submissions
• Ensure compliance with industry and client requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in bidding/costing for EPC projects
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in estimation tools and software.
