Role Requirements:

You will work within small to medium-sized engineering teams. To benefit from the collective experience of the team, and our clients and drive innovative thinking, you ll work in a collaborative and supportive office environment. You will bring a level of technical knowledge and enthusiasm to working within those teams to perform tasks for multiple workstreams effectively.

Essential Criteria:

Strong background in an engineering discipline (Bachelor s or Master s degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical, C&I, nuclear).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
High motivation for the role, drive to deliver and willingness to learn.
An interest in the engineering and safety intricacies of commercial nuclear reactor power plants.
Ability to comprehend high-level technical documents in a detail-oriented manner.
A commitment to our values of safety, integrity, collaboration, innovation and excellence.

Please flag if you have experience in any of the following (but still apply if you might enjoy gaining that experience too) -

Risk Assessment methodologies and software like RiskSpectrum .
Hazard/fault identification studies e.g. HAZOP, FMEA, etc
Qualitative and Quantitative Hazard assessments / radiological hazard analysis.
Probabilistic safety assessment/Component reliability assessment/Human Error Probability assessment/Common Cause Failures analysis.
Microsoft Office tools.
