Salary always came on 25th or even before of each month. Great employee engagement activities. Free lunch.

Dislikes

Very poor work atmosphere. It’s only bucketing that can help you climb the ladder, your skill sets mean nothing to the management. A manager was saved from POSH case while the subordinates were fired without justification. All kind of illegal things happen here. Global Atkins really needs to look into the inconsiderate behaviour of management. If you know nothing about people management, zero communication and interpersonal skills, you still can become manager by only staying in the company for long....Read More
