Likes

Variety of projects can give good exposure. Seniors are supportive to guide. Good library.

Job security - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Common language (English, Hindi) are seldom used except in general meetings; extremely less increment (1-2%); groups based on states- people hired for the sake of diversity struggle to get support from colleagues belonging to such groups..also challenge to get good projects the same way

Salary - Bad
Work satisfaction - Poor
Company culture - Bad

Work Details

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My office is based in gurugram Cyber City. I am expert in highway design along with dynamo automation and I am having a compensation package of 9.5Lpa. I want to ask shall I switch to another MNC for salary growth or not ?
