Not at all a good place to work not recommend for any one to join. People management is worst.

Dislikes

Every process is manual, no process improvements. If you suggest there ego will get hurt and they target you for all escalation. Not pure hr core operations, it's just a data entry jobs.

Work life balance is extremely PATHETIC. POLITICS. The decisions taken by Senior employees are management friendly rather than being fairly inclined towards employee. IT'S A ORGANIZED CHAOS.
