1. Your contribution will not be recognised. 2. Promotions happen for the close and dear ones of the management 3. They take out some part of salary under the name of donations to charity. Obviously it doesn't go where it is intended. But on social media they post lot of photos of doing charity. All is farse. 4. You will get good hike only if you could please your managers. 5. Be ready to get calls even after office hours. And they expect you to be ready at any time. They call it dedication....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
