Nothing, it was just a painful job with all sorts of unrealistic remarks because they could not afford me and their other EA was busy saving her job.

Dislikes

Being rude, inhumane, lying from JD to any sorts of remarks to just get you out of job also the EA requirements is forever with them avoid joining for just 3 month of wastage of time and inhumane attitude

My colleagues were really good. They were nice and supportive people and we had each other's backs.

Dislikes

The upper management of the organization is condescending and does not take feedback well. They treat you less as team members and more as employees. The work-life balance is totally screwed, you are expected to work around the clock, even after work hours, even at 1 AM but you are never appreciated for your efforts. There is no appreciation from the Founder or Department Heads whatsoever. And voicing these concerns is also not welcomed. There is no focus on employee satisfaction or retention....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked.
