Not much but work pressure is very high. Report generation is quite frequent. Management decision on some issues are very slow. Product dispatch uncertainty leads to fight with customer.

The work is hectic since I am managing a huge area alone so day to day activity is high. Travelling is hectic most of the time. We are required to be in office only on Monday and with the travelling we have to manage the send reports.

A.T.E. as a whole group is very respected and has policies like TATA group. Employee policies are good. A.T.E. group has very good work environment and some business unit in group behaves as if it's their proprietorship.

All groups except HMX business unit are good.since management level people in the HMX group are corrupt and can go to any level to suppress who offends them. Sales dept and their management level people are opportunistic and are always in search of their personal benefits or corruption in the name of consultancy charges, all their sales is manipulated to get personal benefits.
