At times, in name of checking at gate, there is unexpected long awaited ques, No shelter for waiting for bus, even at rain, sun or worse, sand storm. It is like harassment at the time of exit from gate. Cannot bring cycle from outside.

Job security is the best reason unless you screw it up yourself, but there is lots of opportunity for growth & learning, I would say Management is subpar, and could have been better. Work life balance is not good at all.

I would say management is subpar, and could use some improvement specially the expat's who are taking advantage of their position in self growth. Facility management is not bad but could be better, definitely need works.
