Nothing to like, you might like it if you plan to be useless and be dumb for the rest of your life.

Dislikes

No work life balance, makes you do cheap work which can be done by a non educated person. Irrespective of the position everyone does the same cheap work of getting sponsers, delegates. So overall just event management nothing else. They exploit the people with advance degrees. The young people are leaving within a few months of joining, so a better call would be to not to join in the first place....Read More

What I liked about CII was ofcourse it's name, the trusted positioning in the market

Only if I could add a H after C in CII. The culture is very poor and especially for the young - good luck if you've got a good manager, otherwise best luck navigating through that mess.

Likes

It was great working at CII. Seniors are helpful and handholding is done during initial phase. Job security is good and work life balance is also optimal. All in all, i would recommend CII with all my heart.

Dislikes

Sometimes, there is little work, and sometimes there is a tsunami of tasks to do. I think there should be even dustribution of work.
