Good Work Environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling.Company Policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Lots of behavior issue with maharashtra and banglore people....If you have any work related with banglore they will not cooperate... Bangalore people gets first priority .Even they have very bad communication as well as they will not aggre what they said...Banglore are completely lie . The people who working from trasition batch will not ready to share the knowledge as well as they are not following any SOPs ...You can see always hiring in NT BECAUSE the people who join from other organisation will only leave . Northern Trust office in Bangalore has become dominated by South Insians so much so that they are speaking in Kannada in teams meetings and people have audacity to say that “ If you are coningbhere to work, you should learn the language” in an offensive tone.

Company is good. But managers are not good, they just want the work to be done without even caring the our health, personal life. We keep receiving anytime calls.

No promotions, lot of internal politics which is clearly visible. There is no work life balance. If we do not do the extended work hours and weekend log in there will be no promotion.
