Company culture is excellent. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow professionally. Tech stack is top-notch and everyone will have an opportunity to learn

Dislikes

Moving up the career ladder hits a ceiling as there are no roles above a certain level of experience. I believe the management didn't anticipate the amount of growth and the employee duration of stay. This is especially evident in development teams. Salaries have become saturated and out of touch with the market for the latest technologies.
