Promotions here come with little to no salary increase and are based on appearing hardworking, not actual performance. The longer you stay, the less respect you get, and promotions offer smaller raises. After 25 years, the company still follows the same old mindset. Management are often not qualified for their roles but hold power because of their long tenure. Workloads are high, pay is low, and job security is unstable.
