There are many things to dislike. But first and foremost is the India's local management. They treat others very rudely and everyone is evaluated by their monthend numbers . Secondly, they operate in multiple super specialitiy segments but other than nephorology, they dont have any stake in other segments because they don't have any strategic planning to do so. Every thing is dependent on the Frontline sales guy. For all these reasons and many other things they sales performance is consistently going downwards..Attrition rate very high.
