Big big commitment, in mini town hall were the speech is given like a three ediot film were veersastrbudha give to students every year like this in the company it is given most liked sentence is " being small company there is advantages and disadvantages" here would like to update that advantages are for company and disadvantages for employees.

Dislikes

Politics, not a IT company it is a RnD unit, not having project some AMC work is there from year to year were there is no new things to learn, no old technical person is there in this company almost 25 year old company but no technical employee are sustain here for long time, certain employees are here working from long time which are biggest politics person. Owner should directly talk with employees if he wants to grow the company currently he is remotely operating the things from certain persons feed back, they are giving which is not correct it is given which is helpful to them. One thing is there they don't like people smart than them. Best way to terminate the employee is to give less salary hike so they resign and left so they can do Bond recovery. Stress full, no job security HR is torchering you will be terminated any time. HR is not available on her desk she is mostly with mangers....doing chatting on personal things.
