Facilities and services to the poor people...the standard of hospitality which is dream for the poor people..

The salary, no bonus , no appreciation, more work load .if you are good at something they will start using you...and so much of partiality are there .... business minded

Very poor salary increment, corporate politics,poor commitment to the staff , no deciplinary actions , no information and policy traparancy etc .

My deep dissatisfaction regarding the behaviour exhibited by some members of this organisation, including MS, BME , cluster manager, project heads . It is disheartening to observe that certain individuals within these roles behave as if they posses a god-like status , creating an environment that is detrimental to the well-being of employees.Furthermore, it is distressing to note that some doctors who have recently joined the organisation exhibit an unjustified sense of entitlement. Their belief that they are god and disregard for the contributions and expertise of their colleagues is both demoralising and counterproductive. The behaviour described gives the impression that the Assam cancer care foundation fails to prioritise respect,fairness,and equality among its employees. Such a mindset undermines teamwork,erodes morale , and hamper’s the overall effectiveness of the organisation....Read More
