- Leadership is incompetent and toxic; they are all ex-Fractal employees who retired into these CxO positions. They are bad at leadership and don't have a basic understanding of SaaS products. - No value for effort; your manager and director will gaslight you into thinking you're worthless, and the next day you'll discover that theytook credit for your work. You will learn nothing here (except for childish politics); If you discuss your career plan with your Director they will stall you till eternity. - False promises and mind-games; They make false promises and lie about the work when they are hiring - there is a culture of blatantly lying amongst the leadership. They will get you 'under the influence' in office parties and try to get gossip and/or dirt out of you - and believe me when I say this - that is the only parameter used in appraisals here. - Malpractices and misinformation; In my 1+ year stint here, I saw numerous unethical practices followed [For which I still hold proof].
