- Leadership is incompetent and toxic; they are all ex-Fractal employees who retired into these CxO positions. They are bad at leadership and don't have a basic understanding of SaaS products. - No value for effort; your manager and director will gaslight you into thinking you're worthless, and the next day you'll discover that theytook credit for your work. You will learn nothing here (except for childish politics); If you discuss your career plan with your Director they will stall you till eternity. - False promises and mind-games; They make false promises and lie about the work when they are hiring - there is a culture of blatantly lying amongst the leadership. They will get you 'under the influence' in office parties and try to get gossip and/or dirt out of you - and believe me when I say this - that is the only parameter used in appraisals here. - Malpractices and misinformation; In my 1+ year stint here, I saw numerous unethical practices followed [For which I still hold proof]. The leadership enables these and participates actively. - Incompetent HR dept. - No respect for talent - I could go on......Read More

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
