1. product based company for a name sake. no one cares about work life meetings. 2. 2 hrs of stand up every day, unnecessary meetings lead to extended working hours - agile coach must educate these people. 3. manager centric and driven, employee feelings are not respected 5. 5 days wfo is very toxic - this is only for new joiners, company has double standards. this is very annoying and not even able to goto home. bachelors and unmarried people are suffering alot. 6. if u r a product based company, pls at least give good food. whats the benefit over joining such a company over MNC... 7. useless vending machines. 8. pantry area is very small and not even able to accommodate the people and why r u asking employees to come to office all day....Read More
