The management is terrible and changes the priorities frequently which creates huge turbulence in the team. Owner driven company hence no work life balance which makes 15/18 hours daily working.
Cancel the company declared every holidays one day before the date.
Compensation package has another problem. Will give the promise of increments after 3 months and will ask you to reduce the package at the initial stage. After 3 months they will give number of reasons why you are not suitable for the increase based on the performance.
Performance is not measured by quantity and hence whatever they say is the performance of the individual.
They do fake promises and do not adhere to the same.
Target date is not logically set which indirectly create huge pressure on the team.
No knowledge gain or training arranged.
This is not a right place to work with and hence. Need to think on joining many times.
Almost 80.percent people are terminated on performances grounds with giving any warning and measure.
